What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Previous maintenance experience (multifamily housing preferred) HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus Proficiency in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems Availability for after-hours emergency calls Basic toolset and reliable transportation Clear and professional communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
