Duties Perform preventative maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary. Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests. Assist with manufacturing or operational tasks related to property upkeep as needed. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within hospitality, manufacturing, or residential settings. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to oversee maintenance teams or projects effectively. Knowledge of residential painting techniques and general building upkeep is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
