Facility Maintenance Mechanic

The Facility Maintenance Mechanic performs general and HVAC maintenance and repair duties requiring a variety of industrial and facility maintenance skills, assists electricians with electrical/low-voltage work, and responds to tenant requests in such a manner as to ensure optimal customer relations.

Compensation:

$24 - $30 per hour pay rate (US Dollars) The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift:

Will be working a revolving 2/2/3 shift schedule, including weekends, 6:00AM - 6:00

Valid Driver's License Basic HVAC, mechanical, and electrical aptitude and knowledge. Ability to keep simple records of activities performed. Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings. Completes preventive and reactive maintenance assignments requiring only very basic skills. Completes reactive and preventive maintenance paperwork thoroughly and accurately. Develops basic troubleshooting skills in general industrial maintenance crafts. Assists in emergencies as needed. Performs call-catching duties as assigned by the supervisor. Returns all work areas to a clean, neat, orderly, and safe condition. Learns, understands, and complies with fire, safety, and other emergency practices. Informs supervisor of any condition observed to be unsafe. Learns, understands, and complies with all ABM and customer policies. Participates in training directed at increasing maintenance and job-related skills.
