The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Turn vacant units Strong knowledge of carpentry/drywall repair,electrical, plumbing, painting and other general maintenance skills necessary in an apartment community setting. Conduct inspections, excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of
REAC/NSPIRE
requirements/preparation techniques beneficial. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant findings to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with residents and staff. Report Directly to the Maintenance Supervisor Requirements Proven experience in maintenance roles. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact positively with residents and team members. Experience with residential painting is a plus. Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
