This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting advanced CNC equipment, working independently, and joining a stable company that invests in training, development, and long-term employee success. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Machine Tool Maintenance Technician position include: 5+ years of CNC machine tool maintenance experience, including mills, lathes, gantries, and 5-axis repairs. Troubleshoot and repair major CNC machine tool and equipment failures. Experience with FANUC and Siemens controls, PLC troubleshooting, ladder logic, and motion control diagnostics. Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, PLC, and motion control issues. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly diagrams. Disassemble, rebuild, repair, and reassemble machine components, subassemblies, and assemblies. Safety certifications, electrical certifications/experience, Maintenance Connection software, and lift certifications are a plus. Maintain accurate service reports, labor hours, expenses, and a clean, organized work area.
Salary :
$35 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
