Night Shift Location:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment Perform maintenance on motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, gearboxes, and production lines Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs on 480V, 3-phase systems, control panels, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals Install, align, and rebuild mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and actuators Assist with equipment changeovers, upgrades, and new equipment installations Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machining as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Proven experience in a multi-craft or industrial maintenance role Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
Work Environment:
Clean, safe manufacturing facility with a non-climate-controlled environment. Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00
