We are looking for a dependable individual to work with our maintenance department, as a facilities assistant. This will include filling in and assisting with maintenance operations when needed. Job Responsibilities Be at work on time, every day. Perform daily inspections of the entire property/facility. Identify any issues and report them to Maintenance Supervisor. Maintain a clean facility and ensure compliance with the safety regulations. Job Requirements To thrive in this position, candidates must bring a commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and growth.
Essential skills include:
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with employees as well as management to address concerns and needs. Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis. Ability to follow directions and complete assignments given by supervisor. Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance. Pass a background check and drug test. At least 3 months work history in a manufacturing environment.
