Industrial Maintenance Technician

Kobay South is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Service Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems in a fast paced automotive manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical ability and hands on experience with pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and low voltage electrical troubleshooting. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery Diagnose issues involving pneumatic, hydraulic, and low voltage systems Perform preventative maintenance on presses, weld equipment, and support machinery Respond to equipment downtime and production stoppages quickly and efficiently Install, repair, and replace components including sensors, valves, cylinders, switches, relays, and motors Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement projects Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate repairs completed Follow all plant safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance preferred Working knowledge of: Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Low voltage electrical troubleshooting Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently Experience with welding, fabrication, or PLC troubleshooting is a plus Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Experience Automotive manufacturing experience Preventative maintenance programs Press or weld equipment maintenance Forklift and scissor lift operation

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
