Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment. This role requires strong technical abilities, dependable attendance, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely, effective solutions. Repair and maintain motors, drives, sensors, control systems, pumps, conveyors, valves, and gearboxes. Assist with PLC troubleshooting and equipment installations or upgrades. Accurately document maintenance activities and completed work orders. Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Respond to equipment breakdowns, emergency repairs, overtime, and call-in situations as needed. Qualifications Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Experience with motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, valves, and gearboxes. Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred. Ability to read and follow technical documentation and safety procedures. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Dependable attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic. Ability to work overtime and respond to emergency maintenance needs when required.
