Maintenance Tech

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment in Talladega, AL. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal production performance. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement corrective actions Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently Read and interpret basic schematics, manuals, and technical documents Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues quickly Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Talladega, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
