Job Skills / Requirements Floor Techs / Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Floor Techs / Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sweep and mop floors Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces Clean or shampoo carpets Perform light window and wall cleaning duties Maintain equipment and supplies Follow workplace safety standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Physical stamina Attention to detail Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Background check required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school degree preferred, but not required.

Experience:

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
