• What you'll do...
• Campus Operations Logistics Waste & Recycle Driver is a perfect position for any associate to get familiar with the new Home Office campus and network with various teams to meet the same end goal which is running the campus safely and efficiently.
• About the team
• Our Campus Operations Logistics Waste & Recycle team is a tight-knit team that leans on each other to create a better environment for the new Home Office Campus as a whole. We are continuously improving our efficiency around zero-waste operations, sustainability, and diversions to meet the company's sustainability goals by providing an outlet for waste and recycling.
• What you'll do:
• Have a designated route on the new Home Office Campus for daily dock and back of house checks at our office & amenity buildings for any waste, recycling, used assets, etc. pick-ups.
• Drive an assigned box truck on campus with proper tools and equipment provided for you.
• Cross function communication within trades on the Campus Operations and other on-campus Walmart teams through email, work orders, and phone calls to schedule any special pick-ups or deliveries when applicable.
• Aid with special on-campus events with waste and recycling pick-ups and drop-offs
• What you'll bring:
• A valid Driver's License with a good MVR
• Experience with power equipment and/or driving box trucks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
