Job Description

Fayetteville, AR $17-25/Hour 3rd Shift We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our client's industrial operations in Fayetteville, AR. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining equipment, reducing downtime, and ensuring smooth production processes. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience who is looking to grow within an industrial environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, with a strong focus on electrical systems, pneumatics, and general mechanical work. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong collaboration with team members across departments to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 460V three-phase electrical systems Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment Assist with equipment repairs and general mechanical troubleshooting Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete basic data entry Work collaboratively with production teams and other departments Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working with high and low voltage electrical systems Strong understanding of three-phase power (460V preferred) Working knowledge of pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Basic computer skills, including data entry and maintenance tracking Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Skills:
Basic fabrication skills (cutting, welding, modifying parts) General mechanical troubleshooting experience Previous industrial maintenance background
Additional Information:
Limited exposure to hydraulics is required Willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential Training will be provided for advanced systems and skill development #PRO1
