Job Description

We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community, The Park Apartments! In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day! Benefits Include Hourly Wage Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Life Insurance Long Term Disability Paid by the Company Earned Paid Time Off, Earned Paid Sick Leave & Holidays Living on-site with an extremely generous apartment rent discount (Required) Responsibilities Responding to resident maintenance requests Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and other community amenities Conducting property inspections Moving furniture when needed Helping with the grounds when needed Advise, Lead, and Repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards Must be available On-call as needed Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines Excellent organizational and time-management skills General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction Past property maintenance experience preferred •A plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
