Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors to maintain a polished appearance. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Provide support for special projects such as residential painting or deep cleaning initiatives. Requirements Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial duties and floor care techniques is advantageous. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
