Job Description
Job description Performing day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, and/or the Housekeeping/ Laundry Supervisor, to ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This position requires you to clean, strip, buff and wax the floors of the facility while keeping your work area safe and free of trip hazards. This position may require you to help with cleaning other areas of the facility including resident rooms. Experience is preferred Must maintain the care and use of supplies and equipment, must also be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc.
