Job Description
Position to be filled in the area of Heber Springs AR. We are looking to hire a part-time Property Maintenance Technician to be a part of PDC Companies that will perform maintenance at our managed property in Heber Springs, AR. (20-25 hours per week) Position requires maintenance technician to be on-call to service after-hours emergency maintenance when necessary. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Key duties include:
- Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents which includes painting, general repairs, etc.
- Flooring installation
- Completing work orders in a timely manner
- Performing preventative maintenance
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Lock installation and repairs
- Maintaining property grounds and common areas
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Appliance installation and repairs
- On call for emergency calls after hours
- Other duties as assigned/needed
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- General maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Willing to be on-call
- Must pass background check and be able to be bonded
