Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, along with residential painting and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, painting, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve the overall maintenance process.
  • Supervise and train other maintenance technicians as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Experience:
  • experience in a maintenance role, and residential painting experience.
  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience using tools and equipment such as ohmmeters and logic controllers.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a focus on getting the job done efficiently and effectively.

$16.00 per hour
