Rental Property Maintenance Technician

Rental Property Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery that is specific to rental properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functionality of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Experience:

• Basic experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
