Key Responsibilities:
Perform appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks Ensure the upkeep and functionality of the apartment community Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for maintenance emergencies Maintain a professional demeanor while performing all tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience HVAC or EPA certification preferred Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
