Floor Care Technician - Environmental Services / Housekeeping

SUMMARY:

Responsible and accountable for ensuring a safe, clean, attractive environment, specifically floor care, for patients, staff, and visitors at all time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

Previous floor care experience preferred, however willing to train individual with initiative and desire to learn.

Other:

Ability to understand written and oral instructions and work well with others. Keep accurate records of daily work. Ability to operate and maintain floor equipment. Time flexibility a must. Entry level computer skills required.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more with proper body mechanics. Keen sense of hearing and visual acuity required. Must be able to handle quick turnaround times and stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Must be able to tolerate cleaning chemicals, etc.
