Responsibilities include:

Performing routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds. Handling service requests promptly (goal: within one business day). Completing turnkey work for vacant units-paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination. Maintaining an organized, stocked maintenance shop. Performing preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures. Maintaining pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas. Participating in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance. Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times. What We're Looking For HVAC or EPA Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of related experience Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigation Pool operation experience a plus Must be available for on-call duty for emergencies

Physical Requirements:
