Service Maintenance Technician

Job Description Responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot and grounds through routine maintenance. Performs any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner all while adhering to safety rules and regulations. Responsibilities Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees Stage equipment for customer clinics, open house, or other events Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot Performs basic maintenance on company equipment such as, but not limited to, oil change, refueling, changing filters and mileage monitoring for depreciation Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service Coordinates required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house Services, assembles and replaces things like light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers and management Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders Responsible for accurate documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
