Job Description

As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our service team as Pool & Spa Technicians. Galaxy Home Recreation offers premium products including hot tubs, pools, swim spas, outdoor furniture, saunas, billiards, and more. Our technicians play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and helping customers enjoy their investment for years to come. Whether you already have technical experience or simply enjoy working with your hands and solving problems, we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool and spa equipment at customer homes Repair electrical components and circuit boards using basic hand tools and testing equipment Locate and repair plumbing leaks using PVC materials, glue, silicone, and related tools Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and features Accurately complete service documentation and paperwork Drive a company vehicle to local and occasional long-distance job sites Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication abilities Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and outdoors in varying conditions Ability to safely use tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Previous pool, spa, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or service technician experience is a plus — but not required Why Join Galaxy?
