Airbnb Maintenance Technician / Handyman Springdale, Arkansas We are looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance person to help maintain and care for two Airbnb duplex units in Springdale, Arkansas. The property consists of two identical 2-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb units (approximately 1,028 sq. ft. each). We need someone who can help keep the property in excellent condition for guests and quickly handle repairs, touch-ups, and general upkeep. Responsibilities Install and repair blinds, fixtures, and small household items Perform touch-up painting and minor drywall repairs Pick up and maintain outdoor areas Handle general handyman and maintenance tasks Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, filters, etc. Help prepare units between guest stays when needed Identify maintenance problems before they become bigger issues Qualifications Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred Must be reliable and able to work independently Basic tools and transportation preferred Comfortable handling a variety of repair tasks Good communication and responsiveness Ability to respond quickly when maintenance issues arise Position Details Part-time / as-needed position Flexible hours Opportunity for ongoing work Pay based on experience and skill level We are looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and skilled who takes pride in keeping properties clean, functional, and guest-ready.
