Pool Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, high-level Pool Technician to join our team. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a skilled professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the industry. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial pool systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.

Duties Advanced Maintenance:

Execute expert-level pool cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and maintenance.

Diagnostics & Repair:

Troubleshoot complex issues with pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems.

Equipment Installation:

Perform full equipment pad upgrades and component replacements (motors, valves, timers, etc.).

Digital Reporting:

Utilize service software to maintain precise, professional records of all work performed.

Client Management:

Communicate clearly with clients regarding system health and necessary repairs.

Experience & Requirements Proven Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a professional Pool Service Technician (required).

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience in equipment installs and mechanical repairs.

Autonomy:

Ability to manage a high-volume route independently with high attention to detail.

Reliability:

A clean driving record and a reputation for showing up on time and finishing the job right the first time.
