The Villas of West Memphis is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain our beautiful apartment community in West Memphis, Arkansas . Duties The Service Technician reports to the Community Director and is responsible for performing maintenance tasks throughout the property, including but not limited to: Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner Performing routine and preventive maintenance Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the community Assisting with pool care and maintenance Supporting landscaping and grounds maintenance Ensuring apartments and common areas are properly maintained and safe for residents Qualifications HVAC or EPA certification preferred Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience , with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces Ability to bend forward when lifting objects from the ground Ability to reach overhead for extended periods when performing repair work If you are a dependable maintenance professional looking to join a growing company and contribute to a successful apartment community, apply today and become part of the RichSmith Management team at Villas of West Memphis.
