Experienced Countertop Polisher

Position Summary:

As a Countertop Polisher, you will be responsible for polishing and finishing stone products using basic hand tools. The role requires strong attention to detail, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards for quality. Key Responsibilities:

Use basic hand tools (e.g., pneumatic polishers, grinders, polishing pads) to smooth, polish, and finish stone surfaces. Inspect each stone piece for imperfections and defects, ensuring a flawless finish. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and company protocols. Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and quality expectations. Provide feedback to the production team on quality control and suggest improvements as needed. Monitor the condition of tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor. Stay up to date with new techniques and technologies in stone polishing to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Experience polishing stone products minimum 1yr+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on precision. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the company. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required. Opportunities for
