Woodworking Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Maintenance Candidate/Experienced Handyman to perform the maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities. You will coordinate repairs and adopt a hands-on approach to perform various handyman jobs as needed. Your leadership will ensure that our property remains safe, welcoming, and operational for all customers and employees
Requirements:
Perform handyman tasks, including: Basic electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures and outlets). Plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures). Carpentry work (e.g., repairing doors, windows, and furniture). Drywall repairs (e.g., patching holes and repainting). Minor HVAC interventions (e.g., changing filters and troubleshooting issues). Painting and touch-up work for interiors and exteriors. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues. Qualifications High school diploma required; technical certification a PLUS Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex facility issues.
