Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the community meets all safety, maintenance, and appearance standards. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent working condition. This role also prepares vacant apartments for new residents and responds promptly to resident service requests while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires availability for on-call emergency maintenance requests during nights, weekends, and holidays.
