Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acero On Roosevelt Apartments in Goodyear, AZ. We are looking for team-players who want to learn and advance in the industry and who share our vision for excellence and service. Essential Functions Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives Follows practices for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all on-site equipment, including compliance with all health, safety and OSHA programs, policies, and procedures Responsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and completion of a detailed make ready checklist Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours "on call" maintenance requests.
