Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechanical and electrical systems related to warehouse equipment, including conveyer systems. Ensures consistent equipment functionality through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of warehouse machinery. Supports safe and efficient operations by monitoring and servicing electrical components, control systems, and PLC's used in automated warehouse environments. Maintains preventative maintenance program. Coordinates fire protection system on site, fills in as needed for warehouse tech and other duties assigned.   • 3 years related experience/training Proficient in the repair, maintenance, and calibration of warehouse systems and equipment.
Strong knowledge of conveyer systems, motors, drives, and pneumatic equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Familiarity with basic PLC functions and control systems. Ability to work independently and solve problems in real time. Competent in using CMMs or similar work order tracking systems. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift driver license Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCS Experience working in a fast-paced, automated warehouse or distribution center. Basic programming and troubleshooting experience with controls systems.
