EMMT II Full-time on -site role for a EMMT II located in the City of Maricopa. The EMMT II will be responsible for tasks such as install, diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps, motors, variable frequency drives, filtration systems, belt press, electrical and mechanical equipment for the delivery of water. Coordinate with vendors to obtain equipment/parts in order to perform repairs. Receive and inventory items in warehouse and at facility. Role Description :
Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps, motors, variable frequency drives, filtration systems, belt press, electrical and mechanical equipment for the delivery of water, wastewater, and recycled water services at wastewater facility, well sites, and lift stations. Coordinate with vendors to obtain equipment/parts in order to perform repairs. Receive and inventory items in warehouse and at facility. Duties (Not limited to): Must have electrician experience Perform preventive, predictive and conditional maintenance on various assets including pumps, motors, drives, transducers, meters, probes, breakers, controllers, etc.; Utilize technical tools such as VA, SPM, Thermal Imagery, and DMMs; Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures; decide and execute course of actions; Coordinate 3'd party contractors as required to accomplish maintenance activities; Utilize CMMS software to track, trend, and complete work orders; Respond to on/off-duty emergencies and participate in on-call rotation; Develop and document maintenance schedules; Analyze work history, asset condition and costs; Plan maintenance or replacement activities; Manage physical inventory and supplier stock to ensure operations; Work in other areas as needed. Strength in both following and leading; Team and individual work; Strength in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and concepts; Ability to read and interpret schematics: mechanical, electrical and hydraulic; Decisiveness for course of action; Experience with highly instrumented and automated systems; PLC, P&ID and ladder logic experience is highly desirable; Outstanding logistical, organizational, coordination and planning skills; Ability to maintain in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment; Able to lift 50 lbs. Climb a ladder; Demonstrate the proper use of all PPE required to perform the duties as required; Must be proficient in the use of all tool and equipment need to perform the required tasks for an EMMT; Qualifications:
Clear evidence and demonstration of experience and knowledge of listed skills Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record. This position requires you to drive a company vehicle without any restrictions. Has ability to understand control systems and link complex events across large-scale applications Has worked in dynamic fields involving high speed production, large-scale processing facilities, or predominant use of advanced technology systems (e.g. Oil & gas industry; military engineering/operations, power generation and transmission; etc.) Commercial Electrician with some Industrial experience. Ability to adjust focus; climb stairs, navigate uneven terrain; use fingers to grasp and move small objects; ability to hear and recognize sounds; able to react quickly using hands, fingers, or feet; able to utilize personal protective equipment as appropriate for safety. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to thirty pounds. Work is performed outdoors where the employee may be exposed to noise from construction site heavy equipment and inclement weather.
