Commercial Door Installer

-Commercial Door Forman/Leadman Installer •

MUST HAVE 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL DOORS AND HARDWARE.

Looking for qualified candidates with previous experience in Commercial Doors.

DUTIES:

• Forman Residential and Commercial Carpentry & Experience Door Service Tech, Commercial Door Installer, and Commercial Door Hardware Installer. Fire Door Inspection and Installer.
• Active Driver's License, Personal Vehicle, and personal hand tools. Experience in door installation or related field, such as carpentry or construction
• Proficiency in using hand tools for measuring, cutting, and fabricating materials
• Mechanical knowledge to ensure proper installation and functionality of hardware
• Ability to perform trim carpentry for a clean and finished appearance
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various settings
• Knowledge of leading and completing projects is a plus. Any safety certifications also.
• Experience commercial door and hardware installer is a plus. Proof of Employment
• Active driver's license, Background check, Drug Screen, and driving record checks

• Knowledge of takeoffs, estimates, ordering, scheduling, close out.
• Install frames, doors, and hardware in various settings, such as residential and commercial buildings
• Perform rough and finish carpentry installation
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure proper installation and functionality of hardware
• Use hand tools to measure, cut, and fabricate wood and metal materials
• Install and secure exterior doors on buildings and wood interior doors
• Conduct trim carpentry to ensure a clean and finished appearance
• Assist with heavy lifting of doors and other materials
• Work on new construction, service repairs, remodeling, and projects as needed
