This position is ideal for someone with construction, electrical, welding, or sign industry experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in the signage industry. The successful candidate will assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of a variety of sign types while working alongside experienced installers. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, operating tools and equipment, and working at heights when required. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of monument signs, pylon signs, channel letters, cabinet signs, and other custom signage. Help load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites. Assist with electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs of illuminated signs. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory on installation vehicles. Follow all company and job site safety requirements. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Assist with site surveys and project preparation. Support the Lead Installer in all aspects of installation and service work. Qualifications Sign industry, electrical, construction, or welding experience preferred. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights and on ladders. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Clean driving record preferred.
