We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our Phoenix, AZ facility.

Responsibilities for this position include:

Maintaining Landscaping Work will include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting Perform routine maintenance on roofs, windows, floors, doors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of building structures. Repair equipment or structures using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, and other power, and manual tools. Ability to use various power and hand tools efficiently Ability to move furniture and equipment as needed prior experience working in a facility setting and familiarity with required systems (fire prevention, plumbing, electrical, backflow)

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ yrs. old. Pass criminal background check Pass pre-employment drug screen Valid Drivers License/Clean driving record Self starter, problem solving skills with a willingness to collaborate Benefits Include for
