This position involves hands-on maintenance and repair work in commercial and warehouse environments throughout the Phoenix area. This is a great opportunity for someone with handyman or maintenance experience who enjoys varied work, solving problems, and developing skills in the commercial maintenance field. Pay & Schedule $21 per hour Part-time position Approximately 20-30 hours per week Flexible scheduling available based on workload Opportunity for increased hours and long-term growth Responsibilities Perform general commercial maintenance and repair tasks Handle basic handyman work in warehouse and commercial spaces Minor electrical and plumbing repairs Drywall patching and touch-up painting Install and repair fixtures, hardware, shelving, and doors Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with material pickups and deliveries when needed Safely operate hand tools and power tools Work independently and alongside team members on various projects Qualifications Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or repair experience preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when necessary Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and professionalism Ability to adapt to different tasks and jobsite environments Work Environment Projects are primarily located in: Commercial buildings Warehouses Industrial facilities Retail and office spaces Why Join PHX Maintenance Group?
