We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Position Overview This is a part-time hourly route position averaging 24-30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate as the company continues to expand. Weekend availability is strongly preferred and will be a major consideration during hiring, as weekends are important to supporting our vacation rental clients and maintaining service standards. Compensation Hourly Pay Based on Experience Higher pay opportunities available for technicians with repair, automation, or installation experience Additional hours may be available during peak season or special projects Company vehicle provided during route hours when applicable Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and water chemistry balancing to company standards Inspect equipment and identify potential issues or repair needs Service assigned pools efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail Provide elevated service for vacation rental properties when needed, including extra clean-up, vacuuming, and guest-ready presentation Communicate professionally with clients and team members Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment responsibly

Optional:

Assist with repairs, automation systems, and equipment installs depending on skill level Qualifications 1-2+ years of pool service experience preferred Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions Understanding of water chemistry and basic pool equipment operation Weekend availability strongly preferred Repair, automation, and installation experience is a major plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Why Join Gold Cactus Pools?
