Our team takes pride in professionalism, consistency, and a strong work ethic. As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated Pool Service Technicians to join our crew and grow with us. Position Overview As a Pool Service Technician , you'll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and water features. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You'll work independently in the field while being supported by a dedicated office and management team. Key Responsibilities Maintain proper water chemistry and ensure pools meet health and safety standards. Perform routine cleaning of pools, spas, and water features (including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and filter maintenance). Conduct regular equipment inspections and minor repairs as needed. Maintain accurate service logs and reports for each property. Monitor and track chemical and supply inventory . Identify and report any equipment issues or property concerns promptly. Maintain a professional and safe work environment at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a service, maintenance, or labor-based role (pool experience preferred but not required). Must be 24 years old or older. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment. Ability to work independently with strong time-management and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and move equipment as needed. Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented. Why Join Us?
