A Scottsdale-based home improvement company specializing in residential window and door installment is seeking to expand its team! The company partners with leading manufacturers and focuses on providing high-quality products designed to perform well in Arizona's climate while complementing the style of local homes. Known for a consultative approach, the team works closely with homeowners to deliver solutions that improve comfort, aesthetics, and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
Ability to perform manual labor including lifting, carrying, and working on ladders as needed Comfortable working outdoors and in hot environments, especially during Arizona summers Strong attention to detail to ensure proper fit, sealing, and finishing of installations Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures on job sites Required Qualifications Previous experience installing residential exterior windows and doors Comfortable using basic hand tools such as tape measures, levels, and other measuring tools Experience operating common power tools used in installation and construction . Must own required tools. List provided during screening. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Physical Requirements Ability to arrive at the company location daily before traveling to job sites daily. Physically able to lift 50lbs regularly and comfortably use ladders up to 14ft Exposure to elements depending on environment, not limited to construction sites and residential buildings. Regularly includes dust and noise.
