Responsibilities:
Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day. Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are well maintained with general repairs, preventative maintenance & inspections. Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance as needed, including but not limited to: Appliance troubleshooting Cable/Wi-Fi troubleshooting Basic HVAC repair Light plumbing Basic electrical Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team. Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks by using an in-house assignment system and responding to time-sensitive maintenance needs. Assist in ground maintenance and upkeep. Coordinate with third-party service providers. Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different.
Qualifications:
2+ years of previous experience in general residential maintenance. Highly organized, ability to navigate software and schedule work orders. The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks. Self-motivated and customer service oriented. Ability to regularly lift over 50 lbs. Applicant must be willing to work weekends, holidays and after hours. Applicant must have a valid driver's license. Applicant must have reliable transportation and be willing to use their own vehicle for work.
