Role Responsibilities Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work through vigilance and accountability. Receives work assignments from Facilities Maintenance Lead persons. Performs repairs and maintenance on building structures and finishes. Performs repairs and maintenance on building equipment and systems. Performs actions in the maintenance of the building and grounds, machinery, pumps, and all other maintenance and manufacturing equipment and facility support systems. Required Skills, Education, and Experience GED or diploma; technical schooling is a plus. Experience fixing machines, tools, or facilities. Comfortable reading schematics, manuals, and blueprints. Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, welding, or CMMS? Even better. Physically fit and ready for real-world work. A minimum of one-year personal experience performing similar work involving use of various cleaning chemicals. A good working knowledge of maintenance methods, tools, materials, and equipment used in construction Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must pass federal background check. Must pass federal drug test.
