Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed This is a floater position and will be covering several properties where needed, within the same mile radius Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred Valid Arizona Driver's License Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening Must be eligible to work in the United States What we offer: 10 Vacation Days, 5 Sick Days, 8 Paid Holidays, and up to 2 floating days off Training Available Room for career growth
Generous Referral Program Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :
• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues Document repairs and performed duties Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner Drive to different locations Why Anza Management?
