As a Handyman, you will be the go-to expert responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your energetic approach will help keep our environment in top shape, tackling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with enthusiasm and precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to use your diverse skill set to make a tangible impact on our daily operations and overall space quality. Responsibilities Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks across the facility, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects Troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime or disruptions Conduct inspections of buildings, fixtures, and equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate Install, assemble, or repair furniture, appliances, fixtures, or equipment as needed Maintain organized records of repairs performed and parts used for future reference Collaborate with team members or contractors on larger projects or specialized repairs Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies at all times Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set in repair trades Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance procedures Remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and full home remodeling Ability to diagnose issues quickly and develop effective solutions Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., electrical license, plumbing certification) are a plus but not mandatory Join us as a Handyman and bring your energetic spirit and technical expertise to maintain environments that foster productivity and comfort.
