Pumps Filters Heaters Automation systems Timers Pool lighting Plumbing systems Electrical components Salt systems & sanitation equipment Be the Problem Solver Diagnose equipment failures and identify long-term solutions Program and configure automation systems Educate customers on repairs and preventative maintenance Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail Operate Independently in the Field Manage your daily repair schedule efficiently Use mobile apps to document repairs, notes, and photos Maintain truck inventory, tools, and organization Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Represent the Brand Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction Maintain professionalism and safety standards at all times Help build trust with homeowners through honesty and expertise What We're Looking For Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing pool equipment Strong troubleshooting ability with pumps, heaters, automation systems, plumbing, and electrical components Experience with equipment setup, installation, and programming Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using mobile technology and service software Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving history (minimum 3 years) Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions Must Have Experience with Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy systems Automation programming experience Heater diagnostics and repair experience Plumbing or electrical trade experience CPO Certification Previous residential pool repair route experience What the Day-to-Day Looks Like Driving between customer locations in a company vehicle Diagnosing and solving equipment issues independently Working outdoors in the Arizona heat and varying weather conditions Safely handling tools, electrical systems, and pool equipment Lifting equipment and materials up to 50+ lbs Using mobile apps to manage workflow and documentation Why This Role Matters When a customer's pool equipment fails, you're the expert they count on to get things running again safely and correctly.
