You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering precise, safe, and reliable assembly services for a variety of residential products. Responsibilities Execute the precise assembly and installation of inground basketball systems according to manufacturer guidelines. Utilize mechanical expertise to assemble fitness equipment, home furnishings, and outdoor structures. Manage the logistics of site preparation, including concrete work and foundation setting for permanent installations. Coordinate with a partner to ensure efficient, two-person team operations at residential sites. Maintain high standards of service by communicating effectively with clients and managing mobile documentation. Safely transport tools and components using a personal cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck. Qualifications Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude and proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools. Must operate as an independent business entity with a valid EIN. Reliable access to a cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck for equipment transport. Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person installation team. Preferred Skills Demonstrated experience working with cement and foundation pouring. Prior background in furniture or fitness equipment assembly.
