We have a great company in American Canyon seeking technically skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our client's growing team! You will be responsible for conducting and executing equipment repairs as well as achieving equipment efficiency, production, and quality control goals. Our best candidate will have mechanical and electrical aptitude and strong attention to detail. A top-notch maintenance mechanic should be able to ensure that machinery and equipment are in excellent operating condition!
Responsibilities:
Implement/execute equipment repair and maintenance program Conduct production equipment repairs as needed or according to plant action plans Assist the Maintenance/Production Manager achieve continuous improvement goals on plant maintenance, OEE, equipment upgrades or process modifications Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and trouble shoot failures on equipment and implement solution Perform electrical analysis and troubleshooting Troubleshoot PLC errors Track and submit machine downtime report due to machine breakdowns to Production Manager Required Qualifications and/or
Experience:
Proficient with MS programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point Electrical knowledge HVAC and Air compressor basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs Welding would be a plus #1056
