Maintenance Mechanic

High school diploma or GED Demonstrated experience as a maintenance mechanic in industrial setting Knowledgeable on mechanical troubleshooting Job Summary Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems. Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and other various metal forming machines a big plus Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes Communicate, discuss, and/or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads or vendors as needed Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time. Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts.
