Job Description

Maintenance Technician Specialist Burbank, CA Full time - Temp to hire Monday through Friday - 5am to 1:30am $23.70hr to $39.50hr depending on experience. High end manufacturing company producing precision, quality aerospace fasteners is looking for a Maintenance Technician Specialist to join their team in Burbank.
Summary:
The Maintenance Technician Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively to maintain efficient production operations.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a wide range of machinery and systems. Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs safely and effectively. Install, maintain, and repair facility systems including access control, fire alarm, and gas generator systems. Maintain and service compressed air systems and drying equipment. Perform mechanical installation and troubleshooting of lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including piping. Install and troubleshoot electrical motors and control systems. Construct and wire electrical control panels from schematics. Operate and maintain machine shop equipment, hand tools, and diagnostic instruments. Fabricate, rebuild, and design machine components as needed. Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. (aerospace preferred) Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams. Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems and controls. Proficiency with hand tools, machine shop equipment, and diagnostic tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. #ind

$23.70 - $39.50 per hour
