$35.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:00

Requirements:
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment required Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, electric motors, conveyors, and automated equipment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift Strong commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred
Job Duties:
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete corrective maintenance activities Perform machine tear-downs, repairs, and equipment reassembly Diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and automated equipment Support equipment installations, upgrades, retrofits, and special projects Identify and implement equipment reliability and process improvement initiatives Work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on maintenance-related activities Train and support operators on basic equipment operation and maintenance practices Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status updates Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
